Converting ideas into reality
Trosi offers a service which is second to none, and is targeted at established businesses and budding entrepreneurs who are interested in new product development.
Trosi will offer a proactive approach of working with the private sector to:
- identify
- develop
- implement
a number of new products and / or services. It will also highlight how the use of the language and culture of Wales can be of added economic benefit.
Trosi will proceed to facilitate the development and implementation of new products on three levels:
- on a one-to-one basis with a business who has its own innovative idea
- through bringing together a number of small businesses which have the potential to develop a new product as a group or as individuals within a group. This will be implemented by the facilitation of creative workshops using well established and successful techniques
- to proactively develop, with the private sector, any other new products / services which would not happen without the encouragement of Trosi.
Trosi will concentrate its efforts on assisting SME‘s by providing:
- facilitation
- information
- guidance and advice
- networking opportunities
Trosi, by cooperating with SME?s will promote:
- development of ideas
- innovation
- entrepreneurial behaviour
The project is available to businesses throughout the Objective 1 area.
