The Llwyddo'n Lleol project has now come to an end, it has been a successful project with a number of small business' being set up by the young people of Anglesey and Gwynedd.  A number of young people have also been given a taste of enterprise and entrepreneurship, as well as receiving an Entrepreneurial accreditation in Work Skills - Level 1 and 2 and taking part in Sector Specific Events for a further taste into enterprise.  We would like to thank everyone - young people, teachers, schools and local business' for taking part in the project and for being enthusiastic about it.  Good luck to those who have already started a business and to those who have been inspired to start their own business and to your future.


Llwyddo'n Lleol aims to create a culture of enterprise amongst young people in North Wales.

We achieve this by increasing the confidence of young people in their communities and the future they can offer. In addition to this we also work at:

  • increasing the awareness of employment opportunities with key growth business sectors;
  • nurturing a can-do attitude mindset amongst young people and encourage our young generation to see self-employment and venture creation as a viable, exciting career choice;
  • developing enterprising skills for employment or self-employment.
