Fork2Fork DVDs sent out to 20,000 Welsh food producers

A training DVD for food producers has proven so popular that 20,000 free copies have been sent out across Wales.
The Fork2Fork DVD encourages producers to brush up on their selling techniques and promotes a greater understanding of packaging, layouts and labelling.
