A training DVD by the Fork2Fork campaign for food producers has proven so popular that 20,000 free copies have been sent out across Wales. The DVD encourages producers to brush up on their selling techniques and promotes a greater understanding of packaging, layouts and labelling. Organisers of the annual Abergavenny Christmas food and drinks fair have announced it will take place on 11 December 2011. Producers have been given a hand by Neath Port Talbot Council officers to help them put their goods on the map. Also in the headlines, Chepstow Farmers’ Market celebrates its tenth anniversary this year.
